It would be interesting to assume as to what would be the ramifications when two narcissists marry. While, things might seem normal in the beginning, as time goes by, life would get difficult for both of them.

1. Lack of Genuine Care for Each Other
At the superficial level relation would seem normal for the couple. However, at a deeper level there would definitely be concerns when two narcissists marry. They would remain busy in their life only and would show no concern for each other. In other words, in case even if they care for each other, the care and concern for each other would not be genuine. This will eventually lead to fights and make the relationship difficult and can even lead to separation in some cases.
2. Fights are a Normal Routine
When two narcissists marry. fights would be a normal routine among the couple. This is due to their self-glorification and no or limited concern towards the others need. A relationship can survive only when both the partners care for each other in all aspects. The couple would be engaged in fight most of the time and thus will have no time for each other leading to fights and misunderstandings which can lead the relationship to cease.
3. Isolation from World
When two narcissists marry isolation from each other and the world around would follow. Both partners would remain busy in self-care and appreciation only. As time goes by, friends and those in family also realize this fact. This eventually leads to isolation and you would find that such people are often cut off from other relations in their life and family. Things can come to such a pass that even friends would leave their side. However, they realize this fact only when it is too late to rectify.

4. Cheating the World and Self
It can safely be assumed that when two narcissists marry, they would be cheating each other and the world around them. Though they will try to portray themselves as a happy couple to the world around them, in most cases they fail and the relationship crumbles. This is due to the fact that there is lack of genuine care and concern for each other. A relationship cannot go on like this and is set to fall apart soon.
5. Constant Competition with Each Other
One interesting assumption which is set to get converted into reality when two narcissists marry is the fact that they would remain in constant competition to each other. This never happens in a normal relationship but in case of a narcissistic couple both of them would be trying to show themselves better than the other partner. This often leads to competition with each other and the married life would eventually suffer in such cases.
Though both the partners would want to lead a happy life however the reality is that it is very difficult to take forward successfully such a relationship and you will find lot of in fighting and jealousy for each other in cases when two narcissists marry.
